The energy of appreciation is high vibration, magical, delicious.  It is one of the highest frequencies there is.  Using applied kinesiology, David Hawkins created a diagram of vibrational states of being in his book Power vs. Force. This diagram matches the vibrational frequency of its corresponding emotion. 

He created a scale, from 1-1,000 measuring the power and frequency of words and emotions.  For example, words like shame and guilt are the very bottom of the scale, while words like love are near the top.  He did 20 years’ worth of research to rank the different vibrational frequencies, and we can feel them in our bodies as well.  Can you feel the different energy in your body when you think of the word shame, vs. the word love?

One feels tight, constrictive, and low vibration.  The other feels gentle, expansive and higher frequency.  This research is helpful to validate this for us, and it is something we can already feel, we just need to lean in and trust that staying in this frequency as much as possible is possible and will help us expand and evolve the way lady sitting under a tree with her arms outstretched towards the sky. we want to!

The more we can stay in this feeling, the better we feel.  It’s very simple.  As we keep moving up the levels of consciousness, resolving past shame and guilt and trauma, as we love ourselves more and more, we fill our cup up so much that we are overflowing with loving energy.  We realize we are all connected.  We are here to love and help each other expand.  We are here to raise our consciousness as much as we can so that we can help others expand and do the same thing!

The more we fill ourselves up with this beautiful light energy of love, it flushes out anything else.  There is no room for guilt or shame when we are in alignment with the frequency of love.  

We are made from love, we are surrounded by love, we are so very loved.  It’s easy to forget this when we sink down to the level of human consciousness much of the time.  There is so much fear and thinking, and frustration and separation that it can be easy to slip into the illusion that this is reality….but it’s not.

The reality is love.  The reality is that we are all connected, we are here to co create our lives by staying in the frequency of what we love and satisfaction.  The reality is that this is all a gift, here to help us expand our consciousness.  The reality is that we chose all of this to learn more and more how to stay in this frequency of love, no matter what.

Thoughts are things, our perception creates our reality and magnetizes to us what we believe.  If we are able to stay in a feeling of love, you are more ale to magnetize the things you want in your life.  If you are in the energy of what you don’t want, you will continue attracting that as well.

Some ways to stay in this energy of love, to magnetize the life that you want, are:

 

1. Pay Attention to Your Language:

Notice when you are thinking or saying words like:
  • It’s too hard
  • I can’t
  • I hate (ew I really don’t like that word! 🙂
  • I don’t Like
  • I struggle with
  • I’ll never be able to
  • I’m overwhelmed
  • I’m weak
  • It’s their fault
  • It has to work out this way

This is the opposite of the love frequency.  Notice when you are using this kind of language, and without judging yourself (that is low frequency!) gently shift to more loving language inside your head and when speaking to others.

The love frequency sounds more like:
  • I love
  • I appreciate
  • I’m so grateful for
  • I know I can do it
  • I believe in myself
  • We are all one
  • I love myself
  • I love my life
  • All is well
  • I trust that things are working out for the highest good of all involved

Pay attention to how much you are saying these kinds of things, and practice saying them more if they are not already in your vocabulary.  It may feel strange at first, but over time you will notice how much more empowered you feel!

2. Love Everything:

Practice noticing what you love all day long.

When you wake up remind yourself of how much you love your comfy blankets and soft sheets.  

As you take a shower, think of appreciation for the warm water, and your amazing miracle of a body.

As you begin your day, remind yourself of how much you love your family, your work, your pet, etc.…

The more you can focus on love, the more your frequency heightens and your life continues to expand and get better.

3. Take an Appreciation Walk:

Take a daily appreciation walk.  To practice tuning into the love frequency in smaller doses, break it down.

Take a 20 minute walk and practice noticing everything you love.  It can feel weird to think about loving a blade of grass, but again, as you practice, it feels easier, and as you notice how good you feel you will feel motivated to keep going!

Notice how green the leaves are on that tree, pay attention to how beautiful the sky is, bring in some appreciation of your feet for carrying you along the way.

These are just a few ways to stay in the energy of love, I encourage you to look for your own unique ways and practicing them as much as you can.

We are meant to love, to feel loved, and to be loving.  If we are not feeling that, it simply means we are out of alignment with who we really are.

Practicing some of these things can gently bring you back to the truth of who you are, pure loving conscious awareness!
